We will not sell or rent your personal information to companies or individuals outside of Prime Herbs.

We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.

Navigating the Site
I need help finding items. Where do I go?
There are many places on our site to find healthy suggestions to improve your overall wellness. At the top of most PrimeHerbs.com pages, there is a ¡¥search box¡¦, in which you can type in a product name or keyword, select a major category, and our search engine will help you find whatever you're looking for.

How do I keep track of the items I've previously ordered?
To view your previous orders, click on Order History. From there, you will be able to view prior ordering requests.

Products
How can I get more information about a certain product?
Simply email us with your specific question and we will be happy to provide you with any additional information you may need.

Once I put something in my shopping cart, can I take it out?
Certainly. Click my Shopping Cart. From there you can either click the cart delete, or simply change the quantity number to zero and click the "Update" button, and the item will be deleted. (The Shopping Cart page will reload to reflect the changes.)

What if an item is mispriced, and I am charged too much?
With a database of thousands of products, errors may occasionally occur. Email us if you feel the price for an item is incorrect, we will investigate the price, and immediately refund the difference if the price is incorrect.

Secure Ordering & Order Notification
What forms of payment do you accept?
PrimeHerbs.com currently accepts all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

How secure is your secure ordering?
PrimeHerbs.com uses Thawte Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt credit card information, ensuring that the order information will not be intercepted in transit. All major credit card companies protect cardholders against fraud, subject to a $50 deductible. PrimeHerbs.com will protect you for this $50 portion in the highly unlikely situation that you ever encounter an inappropriate charge involving our company.

I'm skeptical about ordering online. Are there other ways to order?
Online ordering is very safe and we also offer ordering by phone at 800-469-1599, 408-573-9889 or fax at 408-573-9689.

Do you charge sales tax?
We charge sales tax only for products that are being shipped to California (9.25%) and are not purchased for resale.

How will I receive confirmation of my order?
Soon after you complete your order, you will receive an e-mail confirming we have received it. The message will include information related to your order (except for your credit card number).

I'm dissatisfied with a past order. What will you do about it?
We offer a satisfaction guarantee for all items on our site. If you are unhappy with any product you have received from PrimeHerbs.com, you may return the unused portion to us for a refund. Generally, merchandise for refund must be unused and in re-saleable condition. We must be notified of returns within 30 days of invoice date then contact us to arrange the return. We'll refund the purchase price less the actual shipping costs. Exchange for credit is acceptable on condition the original merchandise for exchange is in an acceptable condition. 15% re-stocking charge on returns after 30 days. No return after 90 days.

What is your Delayed Delivery Process?
If an item(s) on your order is out of stock, it will be backordered and will be shipped to you with no additional shipping costs when we receive it.

Shipping
Can I ship items to a different address than my own?

Yes. On the Check Out screen, simply change your ¡§Shipping Address¡¨ and enter the name and address you would like the products shipped to in the ¡§Ship To¡¨ area below your address (Otherwise, it is shipped to the default shipping address). Shipping charges will be calculated for to the shipping address. If the address is in California, an 9.25% sales tax will apply.

Do you ship to my country?
For orders to be shipped to Hawaii, Alaska or outside the continental United States, please email, call or fax us for special shipping arrangement.

What do you charge for shipping and how long will it take to receive my package?
PrimeHerbs.com offers domestic ground shipping in the continental US. The shipping fee for an order will be determined by UPS Ground rate. Additional shipping charges may apply for heavier items. For rush orders or for orders from other states, please call Prime Herbs for an estimate of costs.
